Universitas Padjadjaran Logo Shape and Meaning
The shape and meaning of the Padjadjaran University logo is determined based on the Rector Decree Number: 903/H6.1/KEP/HK/2010. Unpad Logo brand rights protection has also been registered at the Ministry of Law and Human Rights Number: IDM000297688.
The logo consists of 6 parts, namely:
- Torch
- Cleaver
- Wing (leaf)
- Wheel
- Lotus Flower
- Pentagon, a pentagon-shaped shield
Universitas Padjadjaran Culture
Coinciding with the celebration of Unpad’s 52nd Anniversary, Rector of Unpad, Prof. Ganjar Kurnia, introduced Unpad’s organizational culture slogan, “Universitas Padjadjaran RESPECT”. Organizational culture is the application of the values owned, which has a distinctiveness that is different from the others. The organizational culture is related to the philosophy that leads to a policy that will be implemented. RESPECT stands for:
- Responsibility,
- Excellence,
- Scientific rigor,
- Professionalism,
- Encouragement,
- Creativity, and
- Trust.
All elements contained in this organizational culture are expected to be implemented by all Unpad academicians in their daily academic behavior.
